Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During festive seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation message once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

• Metro cities: 3-5 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5-7 business days
• Remote areas: 7-10 business days

4. Packaging

Each instrument is carefully packaged with multiple layers of protective material to ensure it reaches you safely. Our singing bowls are wrapped in bubble wrap, cushioned with foam, and placed in sturdy boxes to prevent any damage during transit.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be communicated during the order process via WhatsApp. Charges may vary based on delivery location and package weight. We may offer free shipping on select orders or during promotional periods.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to track your shipment on the logistics partner's website.

7. Delivery Issues

We recommend inspecting the package at the time of delivery and noting any damage with the delivery agent.
